Welcome to FoCAS,
The 21st Century is lauded the digit era, rightfully so; but we must take special care to preserve the rich historical heritage which helped usher in this new age. Community Awareness Series (CAS) is one of those time honored programs that paved the way for many of the culture happenings we experience today in our state.
The FoCAS looks to augment, contribute, fund raise, strengthen, support the continued excellence work & role of the Community Awareness Series Department (JCPL) Programs and Community Awareness Series (CAS) Activities while preserving the historical roots, integrity and well being of the time honored work of CAS.
